🚗 VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle must arrive freshly washed and clean.

Excessively dirty vehicles, heavy contamination, wax, grease, tar, or other conditions requiring additional prep may result in a prep fee or rescheduling.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

The $500 security deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE once your appointment is booked and materials have been ordered.

Cancellations, no-shows, or backing out after materials have been purchased will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Vehicles with body damage, peeling paint/clear coat, excessive surface imperfections, or conditions requiring additional prep may require additional charges and should be discussed before booking.

Cancellation, Refund & Custom Materials Policy

By booking or purchasing a vehicle service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Custom & Special-Order Materials

Materials may be purchased specifically for your vehicle and selected color or finish.

Once materials have been ordered, all material costs are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom colors
  • Pearls and pigments
  • Color-shift materials
  • Specialty finishes
  • Automotive dip/wrap materials
  • Paint and coating materials
  • Other products ordered specifically for your project

If you cancel after materials have already been ordered, the cost of those materials will not be included in your refund.

Cancellations Before Materials Are Ordered

If you cancel before materials have been purchased for your project, you may receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable booking/deposit fee and any applicable processing fees.

Cancellations After Materials Are Ordered

Once materials have been ordered, the materials portion of your payment becomes non-refundable.

Any remaining refundable labor amount will be determined based on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Within 72 Hours

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Your appointment reserves dedicated shop time that may not be possible to fill on short notice.

Work Already Started

There are no refunds once work on the vehicle has begun.

Once preparation, disassembly, masking, installation, painting, dipping, wrapping, or other agreed-upon work has started, the service is considered in progress.

Completed Services

Payments for completed labor and properly completed services are non-refundable.
